As Assistant Vice President, Advanced Solutions, Pat is responsible for developing, delivering and deploying FCT's advanced solutions to the market. Pat was instrumental in launching the company's LLC, a web-based solution that fully integrates the workflow process of managing mortgage documents, in 2009. Under Pat's leadership, LLC has quickly become the preferred mortgage process solution for major lending institutions and thousands of lawyers and notaries across Canada.

Pat joined FCT in January 2006 as Director, Residential Title Insurance Services (RTIS) Operations. She became Director of Managed Mortgage Solutions in 2006 and took over LLC a year later to become the Director of Managed Mortgage Solution and LLC.

Prior to joining FCT, Pat spent 25 years with Royal Bank of Canada in senior management positions. Most recently she was Senior Product Manager Specialty Services, National Office, where she was responsible for the product and market management of RBC Royal Bank ancillary services. She oversaw the development of alternative electronic solutions, channel accessibility and policies to increase product demand and revenues. Pat's previous positions with Royal Bank included senior project manager roles in such divisions as Electronic Business Architecture and Mortgage Products. In her roles, she developed solutions to boost efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sales process and improve employee and customer care.

Throughout her career, Pat has been recognized for outstanding performance numerous times, receiving the First American Title's Financial Services Excellence Award, FCT's Leadership Award of Excellence and Royal Bank's Recognition of the Year.

As an active member in the community, Pat has been involved with Youth in Motion, a national charitable organization that inspires youth to reach their potential by finding a career they love. Pat is involved with the Canadian Diabetes Association and supports her children's participation in minor hockey and soccer associations located in the Georgetown, Brampton and Caledon areas.
