PRIVACY POLICY WITH RESPECT TO PERSONAL INFORMATION AND RESUMES PROVIDED AT THE POINT OF APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT

In applying for a position with FCT, you will fill in information fields with your personal information and you will be able to attach your resume (collectively, your "Personal Information"). We are responsible for all of your Personal Information in our possession or custody. Only FCT employees in the Human Resources Department ("Recruiters") will be able to access your Personal Information. FCT prohibits Recruiters from using your Personal Information other than for internal recruiting purposes and from disclosing your Personal Information to any third parties outside of FCT, except with your consent or as required by law. The safeguards we employ to protect your Personal Information include physical measures (for example, locked filing cabinets and restricted access to offices), organizational measures (for example, security clearances and limiting access on a "need-to-know" basis), and technological measures (for example, the use of log-in passwords and encryption). Where your Personal Information is no longer required to fulfill our internal recruiting purposes, it will be destroyed, erased, or made anonymous, provided there are no legal requirements for its continued retention.

Although we use all reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, FCT is not responsible for any improper use of your Personal Information that is beyond our reasonable control.
