FCT's Corporate Affairs establishes positive working relationships with professional associations in industries related to title insurance. These include real estate, mortgages, brokering, legal, lending, consumer, development and insurance sectors.

FCT works closely with governments and regulators to achieve mutually agreeable regulations and assists in the development of public policies, ultimately benefiting our customers.

The Title Insurance Industry Association of Canada (TIIAC) is an industry association of federally regulated title insurers. The Office of Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) regulates our insurance company members' operations federally and its provincial counterparts regulate our activities in each of the provinces.
